1. What is it that makes Beowulf a true hero? How do Beowulf's deeds,
words, and beliefs come together to create the "perfect" medieval
warrior?
People have different ideas of what is a true hero really is some believe
that a hero is someone who laughs in the presents of evil . One who is brave
and loyal , confident, and always in there for his people in their time of need
. well in this long poem Beowulf in just like those heroes that people need his
always helping other .Gives back to his own people without asking nothing in return.
He shows grate bravery, and adventurous.
Showing this grate
characteristics of a hero Beowulf can be cocky but that if just part of who he
is . he fought Grendals without using a single weapon just to show his might but
not only that but he also risk his life just to help the king get rid of his
problem. He used word to make people believe in him and to trust him. He believes he is more of a
danger then monster that he has fought "when it comes to fighting , I count
myself as dangerous any day as Grendel .so it won't be a cutting edge I'll
wield to mow him down , easily as I might ."... .
He show great bravery
when he battle the dragon. even if that battle ended his life. he was sure of
what he was doing and of the danger he was facing by himself since no one
wanted to help .. He had in mind giving back what he had received from killing Grendal to his people back in his country . He
shared every single amount of gold with him man and he was always loyalty to the people he helped .
Beowulf became a hero with many great qualities . his
a man with strength and bravery that made him a hero in the story . he died in
a fight with a strong enemy but that did not stop him for making a name for himself
as the "perfect" medieval warrior .
